heyyyaaaa everybody....

i just got back from duty in base..

TIRED.

but nevertheless, i have decided to type this big update cuz i know some of you love me (to a certain extent), and wanna how ive been doing so im thrashing this out on the keyboard before i knock out and get some shut eye.

okay, here we go


1. military.

yup, ive graduated from the military k-9 handler course and now am a military dog handler in an air base (sorry, i must disclose some information as this is the internet). and from the day i enlisted ive counted how many days till my 2 year contract finishes up. ive been in the army for nearly a year already! one more year to go before fuckin' off...i seriously hate some aspects of the job, and like they always said: nice on the outside, totally fucked on the inside. being an operational dog handler aint easy man, and its hard explaining in words. area cleaning, prowling air fields and hangars and of course, more area cleaning was my jobscope. oh well, what can i say, im sure dog handlers around the world would have the same experience....maybe its different, who knows....oh wells i just know that my time will be up.....and its near HEHEHEHEHEHE.....

2. studies

been working on a few projects, mainly music, to complete my entry portfolio for 3 campuses im gonna plan to enter: SAE (school of audio engineering), republic polythecnic, or la selle school of the arts, and entering sonic arts and audio engineering courses. for SAE, theres no problem entering, its the course fees which are bothering me, and raising the money with what i earn nowadays is gonna take forever. im still considering tho, as it also has opportunities to study overseas in its main campus in queensland, australia. republic polythecnic is a goverment school, and has the same cheap fees like every other, problem is they require a high GPA of 3.5 and above, and unfortuntately i almost flunked the 2 years of my media course portfolio, leaving me a sucky 2.3. i eventually turned to la selle, theres no need for high gpas whatsoever, simply attend an audition where you will be tested and evaluated on your sight reading, music theory and portfolio and they'll decide from there.

i dont even know how to read those idiotic things and the staffs and the treble and bass clefs and that shit man...

whats more, my portfolio is based on mainly guitar produced tracks, and thats the only instrument i know besides singing (well i do abit of bass and drums too..) but damn, i dont think they'll be interested in an individual producing metallica-ish tunes will be willing to let me study as a student in their cohort....will they?

only time and effort will tell...


3. hobbies and interests

well, basically its all the same. still whacking that guitar (not literally) and improving a whole lot. saving up for a brand new shecter electric. have been making my own metal band due to the fact i have been addicted to metallica and james hetfield's kickass riffing and this kind of music will die out in time.....and its up to me to revive heavy metal!!! RAWK!!!!

oh yeah, i decided to try drawing again, but not so big on fancy coloured graphics tho (my photoshop skills suck big time), so ill be doing sketches, character charts and so on, anything involving only a pencil, an eraser, loads of paper and my new canon printer cum scanner ^^. i dunno wether ill be drawing anthro. ive been coming up with alot of concepts of a screwed up comic where both anthro and humans co-existed. maybe ill try that out with much more detailed planning in the days to come. but for now, time to break out the pencils and paper to draw!

4. random stuff

i got very very very bored once, so i did a crappy thing, i created an account on neopets. yes i did. but it was fun playing it as i have not touched it since 5 or 6 years ago. it has had a major revamp since the last time i saw it. you can neofriend/mail me at soulraider88.

hmm....ive been liking this girl i know thru a friend. been trying to approach her and trying to get to know her well. alot of missed oppotunities. hopefully i can tell her how i feel...
